What: Royal Premier Golf League
Where: Royal Calcutta Golf Club
When: January 16 to mid-March
The players: At the Royal Premier Golf League, 28 teams will tee off. The teams are formed with a combination of players with low and high handicaps.
The format: Each team gets to play six round robin matches. The format being followed is ‘four ball better ball’ (see box). Once the round robin matches are done, the two best teams from both the groups will face off in the semis to book a berth in the final. Apart from the final, there will be a play-off for the third place.
